CenturyLinnk, Big Corporations and the Lack of Customer Service
Here I go once again. I am posting to let everyone out there know how terrible CenturyLink is. I switched from Comcast to CenturyStink to try and save a little money. Shame on me. Shame on them. Since I switched I have had to call CenturyStink at least 4 times (in the last 2 months) to fix my service. I have gotten nothing but condescending attitudes a lack of concern and no respect. The internet speed is unable to support my Netflix account I am passed from person to person and still never see any results to improve my service. I want to make sure that everyone I know does not make the same mistake that I did. I am fed up with the lack of customer service not only with CenturyStink but all corporations who only care about the bottom line. When did customer service become non-existence? Why do we put up with the lack of concern for our needs? Why should we continue to pay for a service that is inferior? Isn't the point of having multiple companies to find the best one for you and your family? These corporations intimidate us into continuing with their service, they threaten us with fees and their attitudes. I am taking a stand. If I can deter just one person from using CenturyStink and putting up with the lack of service from any corporation that cannot insure competitive service I will feel I have made a difference. Do not settle for less people. Make these corporations compete for our business. Power to the People!!!
